Note that co-entries must also fill out a waiver. You can print out a waiver form form for your co-entrant.
If you would like to pay by credit card you will be able to do so after you submit your registration form but do NOT FORGET to fax in the waiver to (310) 999-6599.

Entries can also be dropped off at Whale of a Wash, 1209 Manhattan Avenue #201, Manhattan Beach 90266. Registration entries will be accepted through 6pm on Thursday. After that, bring your entry and waiver form to the beach the morning of the event to be wait listed.
