• Hit the Register Now button.  Fill out the form.  Note: you can do so without registering with Active.com, thru option C, the Guest Access button.
• Select AVPNext Online Membership Registration
• Accept their waiver
• You only need to fill in the information that is required and noted with Red Asterisks.
